Description: Oval locket with chain featuring real Hawaiian Limu at actual size and natural burgundy color. (Only the background colors have been varied). They have been pressed, dehydrated and overlaid with protective jeweler’s resin. The setting and chain are both silver plated.

Designer’s comments

“Visually, an eye-catching pendant with striking styling and natural coloring suited to a wide range of  fashion combinations especially in its distinctive turtle design with such delicate and graceful filaments in the Limu structure. The Limu is real, not a painting, picture or photograph.  Sometimes confused with or mistaken as coral, they are nothing of the sort.  Ideal as a gift, all the more so in a “set” complemented by matching earrings (LET) and magnet brooch (LMAG-BRT).  As soon as viewers realise there is real sea plant life inside they take on a whole new meaning and greater value.”
